We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags
  • You must provide proof of purchase

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item
  • A return shipping label may be provided depending on the case

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item
  • Place a new order after your return has been approved

EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
